Sorry for the time lapse in our posting but it has been busy.  We visited a new sporting goods store in town and Abby and Ben had to try out the merchandise to see if they approved.

Ben is leading Abby around the yard by a tape measure.  They are both quite fascinated with it's operation.

CoxHealth puts on a picnic/fair event each year for employees and their families and we decided to take the kids this year.  At first they were overwhelmed by the amount of people at the event but soon realized how much fun they could have.  There were numerous inflatables that they enjoyed playing on.  Ben was by far the aggressive one when it came to playing as you'll see in the videos below.  He was playing with children 3-4 times his age and holding his own.

As it gets darker earlier the kids are determined to still get their park time in each day.

You'll have to click on the picture below to really see it clearly but Ben is carrying a lot of leaves.  He is quite fascinated by them and will immediately pick up as many as he can when we arrive at the park.  He holds on to them while he plays or until he finds a leave he finds more interesting.

The kids upgraded their leaves to pieces of a nearby pine tree.

Alfredo night led to baths before Bible class.

We're thinking about doing a weekly throwback post with pictures similar to the one below.  Leave a comment below and let us know what you think of the idea.

I tried to leave a comment when this was posted in September, but did not have any success. Gramps and I are really enjoying the blog and seeing Ben and Abby grow. We also enjoy seeing the pictures of "way back when". We will continue to follow as long as we are able to have the internet. Keep the pictures and comments coming.
    Love to everyone.
